Step 1: EVALUATION
A certified, FIVE STAR technician will analyze and test the current condition of your deck or siding to propose the most effective solution and applications. A FREE, no obligation estimate will be provided.

Step 2: RESTORATION
Specially formulated chemicals are applied by a FIVE STAR restoration specialist, followed by a low water pressure cleaning to remove old finish, fungus and dead wood fibers. At this point, the natural beauty of your wood can be seen and the surfaces are ready for the preservation process. Any sanding, board or nail replacement is done before the next step.

Step 3: PRESERVATION
A deep penetrating preservative, designed to provide the highest levels of UV protection, water repellency and color fastness, are now hand applied to the restored surfaces. This semi-transparent product comes in several color choices.

Step 4: MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY
FIVE STAR is the only local contractor to provide a 5-year warranty on our finish, with an annual maintenance program! We will return annually (bi-annually for siding) to clean & re-treat your deck or siding for the control and prevention of future wood decay & fungus growth. With our simple maintenance agreement, you can be assured that your deck or cedar siding will retain its beauty & value, year after year!
