Five Star Commercial Services was born out of sheer necessity. Owners, Mary & John Montag, both had successful careers as business managers in other successful companies. Suddenly, corporate downsizing found them both without a job within two weeks of each others’ release. Collecting their financial and business resources, they partnered with an existing pressure cleaning company and became sole owners within five months. Since then, Five Star has grown into one of the largest and most reputable companies within their industry and area. In spite of their growth, every client is met with personally by John or Mary and each project is performed or supervised by the owners.

Five Star takes the responsibility of performing projects on your home & business seriously. All staff is required to participate in training and certification, pertinent to their specific tasks. Five Star holds Certified Wood Restoration Specialists® and Certified Building Restoration Specialists® distinctions. Five Star refinishes and maintains hundreds of decks annually and pressure washes over a million square feet of buildings and properties each year.
